Parents Remember This Ponits
Please ensure you are available at all times during the swim sessions. You may be required to collect your child in situations such as:
- Evacuation (indoor sessions)
- Bad weather (outdoor sessions)
- Illness or injury
Parents are responsible for their swimmer as soon as they leave their coach at the end of the session.
Club Safety Commitment
Letchworth ASC follows strict safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all swimmers. our coaches and welfare officers are trained to respond to emergencies, but we rely on parents to remain nearby and reachable during all sessions.
In Case of Emergency
If you need immediate assistance during a session, please speak to the duty coach or pool staff. For ongoing safety or welfare concerns, please contact our Welfare Officer.
